The Problem: "This PC Can't Run Windows 11"
Millions of perfectly good computers are being told they are "too old" because they lack a TPM 2.0 chip or a specific CPU. This is an artificial software block, not a hardware limitation.
The Risk: Since October 2025, Windows 10 no longer receives security patches. Hackers are now actively targeting these unpatched systems.
The Solution: The "Rufus" Bypass
You don't need to buy a new computer. You just need to create a custom installer that strips away Microsoft's restrictions.
How It Works (3-Step Summary)
Download the ISO
Get the official Windows 11 Disk Image (ISO) directly from Microsoft's website. Do not use third-party sites.
Configure Rufus
Open Rufus, select your USB drive and the ISO. When you click "Start," a special dialog will appear.
Check the Magic Box
Check the box that says "Remove requirement for 4GB+ RAM, Secure Boot and TPM 2.0". This creates a modified installer that bypasses the checks.
Why You Need the Full Guide
Messing with your operating system can be risky if you don't follow the steps exactly. One wrong click in the BIOS can brick your machine.
I have written a step-by-step PDF guide with screenshots that walks you through:
- Where to download the safe, official ISO.
- The exact settings to check in Rufus to remove the CPU/TPM block.
- How to boot from USB without losing your data.
